Time Machine backup problem

I saw that doesn't backup time machine. Do I remove one of the external hd on the time machine? if so how?

iMac 27″, macOS 10.15

There's an add or remove Backup Disk right below those 2, I can't remember if one of the two need to be highlighted or not.
