Beep sound when using cmd+c, cmd+f etc.

Dear all,

My macbook keeps making a 'beep' sound whenever I use something like cmd+c, cmd+f etc. The sound is louder when my volume is louder and less loud when my volume is less loud. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Kind regards,

Panajotta

In System Preferences : Sound : Sound Effects panel, deselect Play user interface sound effects, and/or mute your volume. Also, if you issue an unsupported keyboard shortcut in an application, and not the Finder, you might also get a beep as an audible reminder of that fact.
