Why is taking too long to update my iOS 14 on iPhone 7?

its been update requested for almost 2 days now

You have Low Power Mode set to ON. Turn it OFF. Make sure that you are on a solid WiFi Network. Make sure that your iPhone is charged to more than 50%. Make sure that VPN is set to OFF. Try again after you have checked those items.
