Since updating to ios14 I’ve noticed my iPhone 6s restarting. Twice today. Anyone experienced the same?

Shut Down and Restart your iPhone. See whether that helps the performance of your iPhone 6.

Open Settings ➔ General ➔ Shut Down : After the iPhone shut down then you can start it back up again.
