Hey there, sunilfrommorrisville!
Welcome to Apple Support Communities! We understand you hear the wrong Siri voice when using Siri on your Mac. It’d be our pleasure to lend a hand, so you can have Siri working flawlessly again.
If you haven’t already, try updating your Mac to macOS 10.15.7 using the guidance below:
How to update the software on your Mac - Apple Support
Does this persist after updating? If so, change the Siri voice to a different option (for example, American or British Female), then switch back to the India (Female) option. Test if this continues, then proceed with the steps below if no solution.
To do this, click Siri in System Preferences, then choose an option from the Siri Voice menu.
If it still sounds like the male voice and you have the female voice selected, try deleting Siri history by going to System Preferences > Siri, then click Delete Siri & Dictation History. You can view more details on what this deletes in the following resource:
How to delete your Siri history
Lastly, you can use the guidance in the following support article for additional help with Siri:
If Siri on Mac doesn’t work as expected - Apple Support
Feel free to post an update for continued support from the community.
All the best.

FWIW, the India Male and Female voices are different. The female voice does sound somewhat masculine but at least on my iMac I can tell it's female. There is no way to change it.
