The above message pops up on my iPhone screen seemingly randomly after I have completed a normal telephone call. It prevents the phone from being used for anything until the user has pressed "Accept".
Is there any way to avoid having this happen?

After I posted I researched a bit and found a couple of other reports, but no explanations. You might try your carrier’s tech support also. Your guess sounds like a possibility.

Your reply suggests that the problem might be induced by how my telecom service provider is disconnecting calls.
