How can I turn my phone back on?

My phone won’t turn on

If you’ve not already tried this: press and hold the wake (side) button until the logo appears. Maybe ~10 seconds?

Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

If the logo does not appear, you’re headed for a battery replacement, a repair, or replacement iPhone.

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support

The screen went dark so I turned it off, holding both home button and side button. Now it’s been on charge for over an hour and won’t do anything. No charging sign coming up and it won’t turn on again
