Changing Apple ID name

My Daughter would like to change the name of her Apple ID

Example: She has123456@icloud.com and wants to change it to abcdef@icloud.com without creating a new Apple ID , is this possible?

You can't remove/change @iCloud.com, @me.com or @mac.com aliases.
