lost item on iphone
hello I accedently deleted my notes on my iphone and I really need it back can you help?

Go to Recently Deleted folder and move it back to previous folder.
If not in there your options would depend on where deleted note was stored; on what account.
If you keep notes locally ’On My Device’, you need to restore your iPhone from your last backup.
If you use iCloud, follow https://support.apple.com/en-ie/guide/icloud/mm2f42f05cb9/icloud.
If you use other account such as (e.g.) Google, Yahoo, Exchange, IMAP, talk to whomever support your account to learn about the recovery options they have to bring back deleted notes.
