My MacBook Air keeps freezing

For the past month my MacBook Air has been freezing while I'm working. I've had to reboot it repeatedly. I thought it was because my memory was getting low but after deleting a lot of unused apps on my computer and increasing the memory significantly, it still freezes. It's driving me crazy. What is the issue?

Please determine if the same problems occur in "Safe Mode": Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac.
