Microsoft Authenticator App

I wanted to wait for the new iPhone but did not have a choice but to get an Android or whatever in September. In my Authenticator App, all my codes are gone. I was able to add my personal Microsoft account which is through Gmail, and I can see the authorization code my work IT department provided is still active after doing some digging in settings, but I am not able to access the Microsoft Authenticator code or push notification for my work email, and I have another authentication that is completely missing. Can these be recovered?
