I have an iPhone 7, and it just lost connection, says no service. I reset everything, now it says unable to activate, an update is required to activate your phone. Anyone have a solution?

Unable to activate Hi, My iphone 7 is showing a no service on the top left and it gives an error of unable to activate. I literally cannot use it at all as this shows during startup. How can I have the issue resolved.already went to istore and was told it’s because my phone has been discontinued while my friends works fine.
