My UniDays account says it's linked to a different ID, I want to change it.

When I created my student account for Apple Music, I was using a different Apple ID on my iPhone. I had to change that Apple ID and it let me use my same student email but now, it won't re-verify as it says it's linked to my old Apple ID. How do I change that so I can keep my student discount?
