Updating IOS for IPAD mini or getting an older version of the you tube app

Hi,

I have an IPAD i purchased in 2013. Apps are stopping to work and when trying to download again. the apps are not compatible anymore.

eg. You tube. i started getting messages to update but it would never update. When i deleted the app and tried to download again, it displays cannot download as the app is not compatible with the device.

How can I get an older version of Youtube again? Or how can i get IOS10.

You don't sorry.

If your iPad Mini can't support iOS versions beyond the one that's currently running on it, because of hardware incompatibility, you won't be able to update apps or download them.
