Hotspot Problem

I open a wifi hotspot on my phone but cannot connect from my computer. The connection drops in a second, then reconnects and then drops again. Could it be related to iOS 14.0.1?

hotspot If I want to connect to my iphone's wifi hotspot its only possible if i open Settings - Hotspot, unless my macbook or any other device is not able to see it. What can be the reason ? It is turned on, but seems like it only start working when i open it. Thank you

I am using an iPhone 8,when i try to open hotspot and hotspot my laptop it doesn’t connect or not visible at all. I am using an iphone 8..Recently been struggling to hotspot my wifi because it just keeps on connecting or not visible at all even though I’ve turned on my personal hotspot ON.
