is this spatial audio works with android tv or just apple ecosystem (macbook, etc) ?

i want to buy it, but still a bit hesitate

Apple doesn't support Android or Android devices.

Airpods pro will connect and function as basic Bluetooth headphones.

Any special features will be limited to iOS devices only.
