Hi Dileep111,
We understand that you're having a problem accessing the rear camera and flash on your iPhone, and you're in the right place for help. When you try to access the back camera, do you see any sort of error message appear on the screen? If not, let's take a look at the Settings > Battery > Battery Health screen and see what appears next to Maximum Capacity. This will allow us to confirm that the battery is able to support powering the camera and flash.
Let's also use the steps in the resource below, to see if we can isolate the problem a bit more.
