SIM card from Rethink possible in new iPhone
bought a new iPhone 7 Plus and when I unlocked it, I found the sim card from Rethink possible. What is that?

If it has a SIM card from an MVNO (network reseller) in it the phone is not new.
The sim Not working in my country
Get a SIM from your preferred local cellular provider. Try a "pay as you go" SIM first.
If that does not work get your money back from whomever sold you the phone.
Buying a used or seller refurbished phone is risky.
