App store keep asking for password whenever I try to download a free app

Whenever I try to download a free app, a prompt would pop up and say "Enter your password for "email" to authorize this transaction" and doesn't use the TouchID confirmation or the new slide in from bottom prompt that iOS 11 introduced.

It shows this

And not this

Hope that makes sense, also this is my first post here, if anyone knows how to change the display name, pls help me with that too, thanks!

Edit: I also have an Apple TV Subscription active, i think it could be an issue, someone pls tell me what the problem is, thanks!

Greetings, Nguyen_hoang_ender.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. We can understand why you’d want to ensure that you’re not being charged to download a free app.

This is actually a setting that you can change. Check out number 5, here: Manage your iTunes Store and App Store password preferences

We hope this helps. Don’t hesitate to reach back out if you have questions.

Best wishes.
