Can my employer see any of my iPad activity?

I have an iPad issued to me by my employer - I’m logged into all accounts (App store, messages, etc) with my own details, except for iCloud. In my settings, at the top, my employers’ name and email are visible. Are they able to see any of the activity on my iPad, or is this simply to keep track of my iPad, say if I were to steal it and they would then use Find My? Thank you! I’ve attached a screenshot of my iPad’s settings for clarity.

If the iPad is managed by your employer, perhaps via an MDM platform, then it is very possible that software may be loaded by your employer to monitor your activity on the iPad.

The best advice, which is equally applicable to any computer, is to assume that if it is supplied by and/or managed third-party that privacy should not be assumed. Depending upon the country in which you live and work, your employer have every right to monitor your use of IT systems. Your employer will very likely publish, by way of an Acceptable Use Policy, precisely what you are permitted to do with their computing equipment - and outline any monitoring or restrictions that may be applicable.

In short, it is doesn’t belong to you, assume that nothing is private from the eyes of the device owner.
