How do I find out wich devices are using my card in their wallet?

How do I find out if other devices are using my card in their wallet. I called Apple and they couldn’t tell me and neither could my bank but I have had fraudulent charges and I believe someone has found a way to get my credit card in their Apple wallet. What do I do? It seems like Apple and my bank aren’t helping. I’ve allready changed my card and reported fraud but it just repopulated with the new cars info.
