Can I stop erasing my MacBook Pro 2019?
It’s just it’s taking too long. It’s about 2 days and it still processing. Is this still normal?

(I did erase it thru my phone’s “Find My Macbook” and the rest is history😬)
Why?
You'll have to re-enable it through Find My Mac, then boot into Internet Recovery (holding down cmd-opt-r on restart).
From there you can erase the disk and reinstall macOS.
Make sure you follow the instructions to 'Erase the Disk' and not the 'Erase a Volume' (if one even still exists).

Also include a screenshot of the Disk Utility window if that's what you're using to erase.
How did you erase it?
It shouldn't take more than a minute or two. Did you do something silly like some form of "secure" erase?
I'd stop it, but you may leave the disk unusable. It may already be unusable if it has taken that long to erase.
Hello Barney-15E,
If that’s what I did, what can I do to put it back to a normal/original state just like the 1st time using it? (I did erase it thru my phone’s “Find My Macbook” and the rest is history😬)
command + r, after power on ✅
