My iPhone cant connect to 2.4ghz wifi, and my bluetooth keeps disconnecting

My Iphone 6s cant connect to any 2.4ghz wifi but my other devices can. There is also this problem with my bluetooth where it disconnects so many times, at least every 5 secs I think. This problem started few months ago and up until now I haven't gotten any helpful solution for it. please help, I've tried resetting my network settings but it didn't work at all.
