i have tried to factory reset my i phone 7 plus but my fiances i cloud is on there and she dosent remember the password and she dosent have the same phone number to change the password i just need help taking her icloud off the phone

See if she can get an email option. For the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
