fake invoice for Beach Buggy Racing - has the apple database been hacked?

I received a fake invoice for Beach Buggy Racing which I did not buy. It's from this email address: App Store <3ltagicpr0jchangsw@mashsyjehskugd.com> with the recipient given as: user-7784897979@email.apple.com which is obviously a group address with my address in it.

Has anyone else received the same? Has the apple database been hacked?

It is a scam that has been going on in various forms for year and does not involve any hacking.

If the only indication of charges is from an email or text, be aware that it may be a phishing attempt to get you to log in to a site that appears to be Apple and divulge your password or credit card information.
