iCloud storage

I’ve purchased 100GB of storage of which I’ve used approximately 30GB yet I keep getting messages telling me my iCloud is full and that I can’t store anything else

please can someone help me

Are you certain the message is referring to your iCloud storage being full or your device storage? Can you double-check?
