Where is the privacy setting on an iPhone.

I cannot locate in settings (privacy) on my iPad or iPhone. It seems to have disappeared. I need to turn on motion.

Go to Settings > Privacy. The icon of the privacy tab should be blue with a white hand. It is under battery and above App Store.
