iPhone is continuously searching for a network to connect to

Hello I am currently having a problem with my mobile connection to network. At the top of my phone it is continuously saying (Searching) for a network to connect to. This started to happen after I did the latest iOS update. I have deleted the updated and reinstalled it but nothing has changed. If I could have any help that would be great.
