I'm looking forward to buy apple watch 6 nike edition, but I have a question.
do all nike edition watch faces have the nike logo? or I can choose a watch face which don't has this logo? also is the watch face gallery the same?

You can choose whatever face you want, and the Nike logo ones are a minority of the available ones. Nothing else indicates anything to do with Nike on the watch or in the software.

so I can choose normal faces, as those I have on my currently series-3, without the nike logo.

on top of the nike faces you get all the normal faces
