Change it to the wrong region and then change it back. Try signing out of your Apple ID and back in. What were you doing when it is asking for your password?

Make sure your Apple ID is set to the correct region - Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support

Yes I did but everything it’s good about my country and region ,but now the Apple ID is asking me to put my password every time
