Hello, I ordered macbook + free airpods, the airpods were delivered to the address along with shipment info in my e-mail and on my phone number. But 4 days ago, my card got charged for macbook but I did not get any e-mail or message on the phone with the tracking number or anything. They just took off the money... and nothing is happening now. It is a lot of money..

We are end users like you, not Apple. We have no more access to Apple's Sales/shipping/financial records than you, so you will not find an answer here.


You will have to contact Apple again, and they are not in these forums.
