Hello, I ordered macbook + free airpods, the airpods were delivered to the address along with shipment info in my e-mail and on my phone number. But 4 days ago, my card got charged for macbook but I did not get any e-mail or message on the phone with the tracking number or anything. They just took off the money... and nothing is happening now. It is a lot of money..
We are end users like you, not Apple. We have no more access to Apple's Sales/shipping/financial records than you, so you will not find an answer here.

It really doesn’t help you at all if someone else had a similar experience. You do need to contact Apple as they are the only ones who can answeryour question.
Well thank you. Since I am not in US my aunt called them now and they said everything is fine and it will be delivered by the date they gave me in first e-mail for AirPods.
