Voice message is muted

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you have some voice messages but are unable to hear them on playback. 

If you’re referring to audio messages for iOS devices, this resource can help with that: Send photo, video, or audio messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. You’ll be specifically looking at the section that says “Send audio messages.”

For voice memos, check out this resource: Use the Voice Memos app. The sections on editing a voice memo and sharing a voice memo may help.
