Dark Mode Missing?

We want to be sure we understand the issue correctly. If you go to Settings > Display & Brightness, you do not see the options in the image at this link: Use Dark Mode on your iPhone Is that correct?

Additionally, we recommend giving your iPhone a fresh restart: Restart iPhone and then testing again.

If you continue to have the issue can you let us know more:

1.) When did this start?

2.) Does this happen at specific locations or lighting environments?

Make sure that it is running iOS 13 or 14.

Is the iPhone free of dust or what ever blocking any sensors?

When there is no dark mode options, did it do anything unusual?
