(10.5) bus, eq, comp automatically create for the track when I import an audio file

bus, eq, comp automatically create for the track when I import an audio file.

It happens everytime either when I drag and drop an audio file from finder, or when I import a file from file view inside logic.

Is there a way to turn this function off? So the tracks that I create when I import samples do not have any of these features with it.
