Im the user for I pad but I forgot the password and try to erase the all setting by link it with iTunes but still the message same that the iPad is still with my old Apple ID account so, what is the soultion now for that??
You will need to regain access to the AppleID used with that iCloud account in order to sign the AppleID out of iCloud. Erasing a device with iTunes wipes the apps and data off it but does nothing about disassociating it from iCloud.
