Seeking anyone can help me on accessing to icloud mail.
I had request for password reset but email was send to my icloud mail which i do not have the access.
I try to key in the birthday date and it showed error.
Anyone got any idea on this?

The rescue mail address and its password is same as Apple ID and password you can't access it due to insufficient data , also date of birth for secondary authentication is incorrect , hence the account can't be accessed .
However the Apple ID is still signed in iPhone , convert the account into two factor authentication https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/iphone/iphd709a3c46/ios
Note : apple support don't keep credentials of the account holder .
