Disabled App Store

Hello, my app & itunes account has been disabled . Im unable to update my apps and purchase. Need help asap pls

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open.

I can get any subscriptions my accounts disabled iTunes and app store
