Apple TV+ Subscription doesn't work

I have a free 12 month subscription with Apple TV from purchasing an iPhone 11 back in January 2020, but I can't access now because apparently I have canceled it in April (but way before the end of the trial), what is the solution? Is it supposed to stop when the trial ends?

Once you cancel the subscription the 12 month trial will also stop immediately, this is documented and also offered through a prompt when confirming the cancellation. As per the terms, once it is cancelled the trial cannot be reactivated.
