Cellular update!!!!!
What can I do to fix this error about the cellular?
this is unacceptable in so many ways.
I am on vacation and don’t have access to a computer!

Don't know what it is you're trying to do but if you are trying to do an iOS update you need a wifi connection to do it on the phone or you need to hook up to a computer with an internet connection.
