How to change the payment details

Hi , I would like to update the new payment - credit card details since my old card is now deactivated and new card is active.

But everytime i try to do the remove option from payments , i get a pop up saying

"There is an active subscription on the account that requires at least one payment on file"

This is for my yearly apple music subscription.

Kindly help with removing the card details , so i can then add a new card details for the same.
