Unexplained charge from Apple on credit card statement

I have two charges from Apple on that have to do with my iPad subscription on current credit card statement. One specifically mentions Hulu the other does not. Charges are $13.58 & $12.88. My first months was free for August signup.

please explain two charges. TIA
