Even after removing 15 GB photos, the data storage capacity shows no reduction - the storage is showing no reduction in data. Is there any thing like “ recycle bin”

We are assuming, udayan240, that you also deleted the photos from the Recently Deleted folder within the Photos App. (That is a sort of “recycle bin”.)
