Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Camera > Allow Location Access - While Using the App.

MacOS Photo Location Missing The location of the photo is missing. It keeps on looking up location info and the pin is correct. Hence, the option to adjust the location is grey out. This occurs on the Ventura 13.0.1 (22A400). There iOS no issue on other iOS devices like the iPhone and iPad. It is most likely the software issue. Apple technical support also unable to isolate the issue and will arrange a call back later in the week to decide on the escalation.
