I have a problem with my phone! When someone is calling me or I call him I hear the ring tone but when I answer the phone i can’t hear nothing neither the one who’s calling me ! I am very sad about that ! No one can dou anything about it. Please help me

I hear the ringtones and everything else except when I receive call and when I am calling someone. Also on messenger I can not hear or be heard. It’s very strange! Thank you anyway for your response!
