I updated to Catalina now and was wondering if it still uses Adobe flash player If it does not use it you will see in in my system preference how can I get it off of my iMac? Also what about Fuse you will see that too? One more thing do we need to still update Adobe air or Shockwave? if these are no longer needed how do I uninstall them? Please send me step by step on how to uninstall them all.

You don't need Flash. It is not supported in current browsers and even Adobe has EOLed it.
To remove from System Preferences, just control-click and choose Remome "Flash" System Pane.
If you don't know what FUSE is, then you also don't need it and can remove it the same way.
