charges to my account

During the last year Apple has been charging my accounts for numerous items. I DO NOT order anything from Apple. You guys are going out of the way and charging accounts that are not even mine. Did you guys went LOCO IN THE COCO? You are abusing your power now. PLEASE STOP CHARGING MY ACCOUNTS. YOU DO NOT HAVE AUTHORIZATION TO CHARGE WHEREVER AND WHATEVER you think you need to charge. My name Karen. I want to review the charges and have them reverse. I NEED THIS DONE NOW!!!
