Apple ID has been Disabled

I received an email from no-reply.40335126@web.appnApple.com stating my Apple ID has been disabled current changes were made from Ontario. Code 48047271. Case number 864846338. I don’t know if this is a scam. I had an account with muneca706@hotmail.com but that account should of been deleted months ago. This message can to my phone XR
