My personal hotspot
I'm using an iPhone 8, my personal hotspot can't be connected to another cellphone in other words other people can't use my hotspot. How come? Is there any solution?

Do you have the Hotspot feature activated successfully with your carrier? It is a carrier supported feature and therefore I am asking. If you have this feature in your plan with your carrier then follow the instructions in this guide published by Apple ➔ How to set up a Personal Hotspot on your iPhone.
