One air pod won’t connect.

I have the air pod pros, and the right one will connect maybe twice a week randomly. I’m used to using them most of the time, so I’ve just been using one and I’ve tried following the instructions but usually it won’t work but it randomly will. Is there anything that I can do to possibly fix this?
