I have accidentally clicked on the subscribe button when I pop out at google. I had received the notification from the calendar to show that I had won something. However, when I click the link then it comes out that this is a virus. Then the links say that I cannot exit the page if not my phone will get a virus. Then, I quickly close the page.

If running iOS 13, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.

No. If you have already followed the steps outlined above, no further steps are required, other than do not accept further invitations from web sites to “send notifications”.
I had gone to the settings - passwords and account and deleted the subscribed account. Will my phone have a virus or be hacked by someone else?
